EPAW requests an internal review of the extension of EU's renewable energy programme

Here is the recourse that was presented by EPAW and other NGO's to the European Commission, and was turned down:

This refusal opened the way for a recourse to the General Court in Luxemburg, which is part of the Court of Justice of the EU (often called "European Court of Justice" or ECJ).

EPAW has since presented said recourse, which has been published by the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE), the body that watches (among other things) over the implementation of the Aarhus Convention through a compliance committee (the Aarhus Convention Compliance Committee - ACCC - Geneva):
