Poorly insulated homes, i.e. about 33% of the rural population, will NOT be protected against infrasound and low-frequency noise emitted by wind turbines (ILFN). If their owners can’t afford to sell them at a loss of up to 50%, nor to make them ILFN-proof by rebuilding or insulating everything from walls to roofs to windows, they may get seriously ill.
